Strands Beach Cottage is a spacious condo within Niguel Beach Terrace, nestled across from Strands Beach, one of Dana Point's most scenic coastlines. Just steps from the boardwalk and the wide-open Pacific, this beautifully updated, ground-level corner home at Niguel Beach Terrace invites you into relaxed, sun-soaked living on one of California's most beloved coastlines. This 2-bed, 2-bath retreat is thoughtfully designed and fully furnished for long stays, offering comfort, style, and an unbeatable location across from Strands Beach and Strands Vista Park. Inside the home, completely refreshed and filled with natural light, this home features travertine floors throughout, a cozy fireplace for cool coastal evenings, and an airy open layout that flows to a charming covered patio—the perfect spot for coffee at sunrise or wine at dusk. The primary suite includes an en-suite bath and direct access to the main patio. The guest bedroom enjoys its own private patio and access to the guest bathroom from the hallway. Walk to bluff-top trails, surf spots, the Headlands Conservation Area, the funicular to the sand, and the Lantern District's shops and cafés. Nearby are Dana Point Harbor, Salt Creek Beach, and Monarch Beach Golf Course, and world-class resorts—perfect for relaxing, exploring, dining, and enjoying the best of coastal Southern California. The kitchen comes ready for your stay with granite countertops, stainless-steel appliances, and white cabinetry. The in-unit washer/dryer—a rare luxury in this community—makes life easy. High-speed WiFi, smart TV in the living room, fresh linens, and fully stocked essentials make this space turnkey and relaxing from the moment you arrive. With two private outdoor patios, a front-row location, and everything Dana Point has to offer just steps away, you'll settle into the rhythm of coastal living instantly. Walk-able Coastal Highlights Right Outside Your Door! Step outside and experience the best of Dana Point on foot. Whether you're seeking a quiet coastal retreat, working remotely with ocean air drifting in, or adventuring through Southern California, this home provides the perfect landing place.
